Hi,

Apps cannot be uninstalled from the control panel, but only programs.

Please follow below steps from microsoft to uninstall an app, then reinstall it back from the Microsoft Store:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uninstall-or-remove-apps-and-programs-in-windows-10-4b55...

If the same persists, for my experience this may occur due to a corrupted user profile, so lets try testing the app on a new user account, you may follow below steps to create a new user profile:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-...

Assuming the app does work on the newly created user account, please check below resource:

 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-a-corrupted-user-profile-in-windows-1cf41c18-7ce3-12...
