Hi, I recently purchase a HP laptop and connected to my HP Deskjet 3630. Printing works perfectly direct from laptop apps to the printer. Today I went to use HP Smart to control scanning documents, and the HP Smart app wont open properly - I receive a pop-up message "We're sorry, something went wrong" with advice to retry or wait until later. Very incovenient. I've waited hours, but no luck. HP Smart is not working. Any suggestions? Thanks, Simon
