HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

I've tried repeatedly to get HP app to be able to find my printer, and it just isn't working. I've reset the "Find My" stuff, I've turned things off and on again, disconnecting and reconnecting, etc. My computer itself can see the printer just fine, just not the HP app. 

One thing I haven't been able to do is this:

"Most HP Printers with a touchscreen: On the printer, select Restore Network Defaults from the Wireless, Settings, or Restore Settings menu."

There is nothing called "Restore Network Defaults" anywhere that I can find, and I do have a touchscreen.

How can I get this to work?
