macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have two Macs (Ventura iOS-mb pro and Monterey iOS-iMac) that suddenly cannot connect to our HP printer. I have reset everything, and checked for updates, and still no luck. I have reconnected to the wifi network on the printer as well. I printed the configuration page from the printer and it says it's online, but neither of my macs can locate it. It doesn't appear when I look for it using HP Smart or HP Easy Start and it doesn't appear when I try to add it via my computer settings. If I do "locate" it, miraculously, I still cannot print as I'm told the printer is offline. 

 

Any suggestions? I'm about to pull my hair out.
