HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series printer but I faced lots of problems using it.

First of all HP smart can't find my printer even I tried all the ways by networks and USP. but still, always send to me that it can't find it.

The printer works, and all other devices worked wirelessly. But I have only one device that can't find at all. This device connects to the internet using Ethernet not wifi, but still, I connected to the printer using the cable but still not working.

I could connect the printer to the computer using an old way by selecting the port that the cable is in with added the drivers I downloaded them, the printer worked finally. However, I faced another problem that every time I print a paper it prints many others with it about the status reports I guess as you see in these lines:

GET /DEVMgmt/ProductConfigDyn.xml HTTP/1.1

GET /DevMgmt/ProductConfigCap.xml HTTP/1.1

you can see the picture the printer has already printed hundreds of useless papers when I tried to solve the problem while I print or even while I just the computer normally, it suddenly print these reports.

I tried to solve the problem with some previous suggestions but no use as one option of the added printer can't be found.

@Mohsin-1900, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print from the PC. To assist you better,

  • Have you tried connecting the printer and this PC wirelessly?

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Install the printer using the TCP/IP port:

Check for any pending Windows updates first.

  1. On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Remove the existing printer entry > click on Add a printer(at the top)
  2. Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
  3. Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
  4. Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
  5. Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
  6. Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.

Try printing. Do not use the HP Smart app. Go to File > Print.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
