Product: HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have just bought a new computer, installed the Envy 6000 printer I have had a while and downloaded HP Smart. However, HP Smart cannot locate my printer even though it is intalled on my computer and I can print from my computer. It tells me to allow HP Smart to access my location to find my printer, but I have! I have tried every bit of installing / uninstalling, turning things off and on again, and all advice I can find but nothing works. I'm so frustrated - can anyone help please? I just don't understand why it's not working. I'm on WIndows 11 btw.

Can reset the printer wireless to defaults then use the HP Smart app to setup and connect printer to the network again?
