Hey all,

I have an HP Smart app where i cannot add or delayed a printer.

When i logged in to HP Smart I can see 3 printers. One is online - that's the one I am using it now. And two others offline. I do not know why they are on my account.

When I go to Manage HP Account, Account Dashboard shows - 0 owned printers, even though I have on om my HP Smart and I cannot add any printer. Also, i have this printer added to my online HP account.

 

The same with these extra offline printers on my HP Smart account. I cannot delay them. 

This app supposed to help, but at the moment is confusing.

Any help appreciated 🙂
