I have a Office jet 7500 E910...HP Smart see's it ...its online reads the IP, but when I add to the page its says that its not turned on....I turned it off and back on to reset and pushed OK....still reads as if the printer is not turned on...HELP!...it used to work find wireless..then on day just dropped off and can't seem to re-add it...

Please try to install the printer using the basic driver from the next link:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/Officejet7500_driver_Windows_installer
