HP Smart.com Add a printer, Redemption Code / Application Code?

Hey,
I have a well-functioning multifunction printer ENVY 5640 in all respects. But I can't access one HP Smart site: HpSmart add a printer> Enter your application code here.
For any information, I do not allow that code. I have looked at all the printer's information pages, and all other HP website do work.
The printer operates WI-FI network in your home and the HP Smart program, I'm there, nothing there is no problem, but this HpSmart site I can not, because the application code (redemption code), and the like?
Does anyone know how to get that “Application Code”

Hi,

From the HP ePrint menu select Settings and Remove Web Services, then confirm any prompt.

open the same menu again and enable HP ePrint, an information sheet with a claim code will be printed, if you see the HP ePrint address printer, the claim code is the part prior to @hpeprint.com:

Thanks for your help, I was aware that new network settings should be made, I read it from some internet. Maybe I can do without that network reinstall. I guess that HP Smart sign-in isn't very useful, because all the printing things work. Thank you very much, though, I thought there would be some easier solution to that problem, but there isn't.
