HP Smart does not find new printer, but HP Easy Scan works well

HP Smart not seeing my new HP printer. New printer works well with HP Easy Scan, and I can send print orders to the printer, that is all working well but trying to connect to HP Smart does not work. When on Add Printer, Already connected to network / it sees the rpinter but when I click on it I get always the box with the text: "Complete printer set up, the printer needs to be set up. Follow the instructions included with the printer."   All set up in the printer are working well, but I can still not use HP Smart. Please help.

Thanks a lot for the video, but this info I know already... My problem starts at the 02;35 minute of this video - I see my printer listed there and when I select this I get the box indicating "Complete printer set up... The printer needs to be set up....    that is where I get stuck. ANy further help here appreciated, thanks a lot guys.

Check if the message for "Complete Setup" appears in your iPhone like the next image:

 Thank guys for trying to help here and the videos. Please see attached pictures: picture 1 - as you see on the HP Smart, I try to add a new printer (which is already connected to the wifi and can receive print orders from HO Easy scan). Picture 2 - it recognises the new printer. When I select this printer - all I get is this box from picture 3 - indicating Complete Printer Set Up. Was completed already, so I am back to zero and dont know how to get out of pickle. Thanks for any further help!!
