HP ENVY 110 e-All-in-One Printer - D411a

I have had issues with my HP Envy since installing Mac Sequia , Scanning is almost impossible  It usually works first thing in the morning  then no longer  sees the scanner  and says this is unavailable and not supported yet it works from my iPhone , iPad and older Mac Book  on an older operating system ,

 

I have tried:

  • Reinstalling  the Software
  • Setting up a second user on the Mac  to eliminate software conflicts 
  • I found lots of information on my hp  system settings which suggested scanning was turned off despite it initially working each day and on all older devices `;  On iMac  go to: System Settings / Printers & Scanners / Choose Printer / Options / Show Printer Web Page / Scan (it says  we cannot use this system)
  • I found that before starting the Mac if I disconnect the printer power cable  then restart the Mac it usually helps but only for the first few minutes  then once it sleeps  it dosent recognise the scanner  again
  • The printer shows offline at times when it is still online
  • The printer works fine
  • My only work around has been to scan  with the HP app on the Iphone and save to a cloud to get it to my iMac 
  • I checked the router settings but they are ok 
  • I have spent 3 hours with Apple  but to no avail
  • It all ways looks like its fixed then 10 minutes later it docent scan 
  • Just to reiterate it works fine on all other devices 

I think its a conflict with Apple Sequilq and HP maybe not up dating the software  but its killing me as anyone had this issue?
