I tried going the other way, by selecting Create Account instead of Sign In, and got the same result - it just hangs On Applying Account Information.

Does your question "Did you try a different browser" imply that HP Smart only works with certain browsers on Windows 10?

If so, why didn't you just come out and say what the compatible browsers were and save us all another month of being ignored.
