Product: HP Officejet Pro 8030
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My client is attempting to download and use the HP smart app for his printer/ scanner (the hp officejet pro 8030 series). He can download the application, but it just spins after launching, no error codes or any kind of activity. The computer screen flashes around the program as it is pulled up on the display, and the computer progressively runs slower the longer the program is running. Both computer and printer are up to date. Any advice?
