Trying to print, but unable to print from either Word, or Note. Have to go to HP Smart which will NOT start or open. When clicking on link, button or settings, HP Smart window opens and remains BLANK with a spinning circle, and does nothing else. I have left it like this over lunch, and upon my return, nothing has changed. I had to go to the public library to get my materials printed, (several Pages of Lab reports, no graphics, or color.) which cost me time and money. I have uninstalled HP Smart, printer and reinstalled 3 times, but nothing has changed.

Hi @donotwant1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP DeskJet 2652 All-In-One Printer and the HP Smart app. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem.
- Check the compatibility: Ensure that your printer model is compatible with the HP Smart app. You can usually find this information on the HP website or in the app's documentation.
- Update the HP Smart app: Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your device. Check your device's app store or the HP website for any available updates.
- Restart your devices: Power off your printer, smartphone, or computer, and then turn them back on. Sometimes a simple restart can fix connectivity issues.
- Check network connectivity: Ensure that both your printer and the device running the HP Smart app are connected to the same network. If you're using a wireless connection, verify that your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly.
- Reinstall the HP Smart app: Uninstall the HP Smart app from your device, restart the device, and then reinstall the app from the app store. This can help resolve any software glitches or conflicts.
- Reset the printer: Resetting the printer to its factory default settings may help resolve issues. Consult the printer's user manual or the HP website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
