HP Smart: "Printer status unavailable" MacOS
I can't find where the 'dignose and fix' section is, the article doesn't explain properly for Mac:

Printer is showing fine in system preferences
I've tried restarting the printer, reconnecting to wifi etc... still no change.
Also it wont let me add it as a new printer to HM Smart because it says it cant find anything.
