I recently had to reinstall this printer at a company site.  Six PCs, all running Windows 10, had to connect to it.  I was able to use Printers and Scanners to install it on five of them, but on the sixth, it had to be installed manually.  I had the HP Smart app installed on all the PCs, but two of the PCs showed the printer as out of paper, three showed it had paper, and the last showed it as offline and would not add it to HP Smart.
