Product: Deskjet 2132
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried my HP Deskjet 2132 on both my computers and as soon as I connect and turn on my printer the software freezes.  Both are running Windows 10 and one of them is a 3 day old Dell R-10. Called 

HP tech and they didn't know what is causing the issue.
