HP OfficeJet 202 Mobile Printer (N4K99C)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I've purchased HP OfficeJet 202 Mobile Printer and I configured it correctly. It prints fine and connect to network.

Now I installed HP Smart by Microsoft Store on my tablet Lenovo MIIX 320-10ICR. Unfortunately, after launching it, it immediately closes. I can only see blue screen of app for a moment. I've already tried restarting printer, restarting PC, reinstalling hp smart and checking system updates. I also reviewed old issues on forum with similar problem, but none of them apply. Do you need me to provide any more details?

Thanks in advance for help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's reset the Printer's network settings:

To restore the printer to the original network settings 1. On the printer control panel, press the Home button ( ) to display the Home screen. 2. Select Setup, and then Network. To select a function on a screen, use the arrow button ( , ) to select it, and then press the OK button. 3. Select Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. 4. Choose Yes by pressing the button . The restoring starts. After a few seconds, a message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored. 5. To verify if the network settings are reset successfully, press the OK button to return from the message screen. After that, select Print Reports, and then select Configuration Page to print the network configuration page. After restoring, previously configured wireless settings are removed.

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.
