Product: HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Smart cannot find the printer... HP support assistant finds it.. Word etc. lets me print on it.

But cannot use HP smart to SCAN... I've checked drivers, versions, cables... everthing... WHY IS THIS SIMPLE TASK TAKING SO LONG TO RESOLVE?

Hi @Dzakar,

For printer install use the next driver:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/Full_driver_DJ2620_Webpack.exe

 

Also check if you can Scan using Windows devices option:
