Product: Deskjet 5820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem as per subject header. HP Smart download button produces no download. Like trying to pull teeth. Any advice anyone? Would be much appreciated.

Thank you. I'm afraid I can't confirm whether this is the first time I've tried to download Smart. I've installed the printer software many times; it depends whether it was necessary in the past. One issue: I have replaced a malfunctioning computer and am now using Windows Server 2019 rather than Windows 10.
