Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M148DW

After the latest update of HP app  on my Chromebook, my printer is no longer recognized by HP  app. I can still print directly from other apps but I cannot scan without HP app.

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App. Also, try using the webscan for scanning: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05881028
