HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP 9020 using windows 10. I used HP Smart to setup the printer when I bought it, but since day 1, HP Smart has always had a blue box asking me to finish setup. The printer is using wifi to connect, and my computer is using a Lan cable. When I click the Finish Setup button, it takes me to a prompt saying "Getting ready for setup...". This spinning circle doesn't stop. Even after hours of letting it go, it will continue to spin. If I close out the HP Smart program and go back in, it will take me back to "finish setup", and the loop never ends.

I didn't care until I had to move my printer, and I now need to scan something using my printer, but it doesn't show up in my programs right now. I used to also use the "Scan document" button in HP Smart, and that used to work, but I would like to "finish" my setup eventually. Can I get assistance with this problem?
