Iam unable to install HP Smart from the windows store app..the store app just freezes and then stops working..

I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer.

 

I suggest you install the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

That answer had nothing to do with my printer..its thes app from the window store
