Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

So, through some magic, I finally downloaded the new HPSmart 5.5.6. and now.... it won't open ! 

Whatever happened to HP ? How could they release an imperfect application ? Not the HP I knew and relied on !

HPSmart finally opened and is working, so far. Why ? I have no idea !! HP Software used to be a dream. Now it's verging on a nightmare !
