I am trying to load HP app and every time I load the software I end up with HP Ai0 App. When I attempt to launch the app, I get a screen that pops up and then goes away.  So basically, nothing is loaded and I can't control my printer. There is no pop-up blocker on or anything else that would prevent the program from opening. And yes, when I look at the programs that are loaded on my HP Envy x360, it shows the Ai0 program, just can't open it. What am I doing wrong?
