Product: HP Smart

is it possible to install HP app from anywhere else other than the windows app store. My company has blocked access to this and I have users that are trying to install printer to use from home

You can download it from hp.com. Go to support/drivers search for printer model and download.

 

Example for HP Officejet 7720

Thanks for the reply, but that is the problem. HP do not give an option to download (unless I am missing something) the install link just take you to the microsoft store

Go to Software-Utility and try to download.
