Can anyone tell me how to remove printers I no longer own from "HP Smart"?

I don't want to see them as listed printers any more!

Thanks in anticipation.

Hi @Nala37,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

To remove an old HP printer from HP Smart, go to the HP Smart website, sign in to your account, select the printer from the list, click on "Printer Options," and then "Remove Printer".

You can also remove the printer within the HP Smart app itself by clicking on the printer icon, scrolling down, and selecting "Remove from app".

Remove via the HP Smart website

  1. Open a web browser and go to hpsmart.com.
  2. Click Sign In and enter your account email and password.
  3. Click on the Printers tab (or the menu icon and then "Printers") to see your list of printers.
  4. Select the printer you want to remove.
  5. Click on Printer Options or Manage Printer Settings.
  6. Click Remove Printer and confirm the action when prompted.

Remove via the HP Smart app

  1. Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Click on the printer you want to remove.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the printer's page.
  4. Click Remove from app

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
