Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the Windows store disabled in my environment and am unable to locate where HP has the installer file for HP Smart Print.

 

I am able to locate the one on the Windows Store but I do not wish to utilize the Windows Store. Is there another location to find the HP Smart Print for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010?

 

The basic driver works to print but their are other features available with HP Smart print I would like to utilize.

Hi,

The HP Smart app for Windows 10 is only available from the Microsoft Store.

 

You may install the HP Basic or Full Feature software which provide Print, Scan and Fax capabilities.

 

It can be installed by following HP Easy Start below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_9_5_3891_33.exe
