ok what exactly did you do?before i click on a link unknown to me.

I have several HP Office Jet printers on my network and the program came back and said there were no HP printers with the SoftwareCueIndexID .  Any ideas?

UPDATE :

 

I updated windows to ver 2004. and ofcourse solution center stopped working again.

here are the steps to fix it :

 

1) goto programs and features - select view installed updates

uninstall the : MS flash update

2) use flash uninstaller - uninstall_flash_player.exe

3) uninstall ALL of HP solution center

4) restart

5) install these

flashplayer32_0r0_344_win.exe (select do not auto update at the end)

flashplayer32_0r0_344_winpep.msi (right click install)

flashplayer32_0r0_344_win.msi (right click install)

 

6) restart

7) install HP solution center

 

thats it. it works again - screenshot below

well said sir i am in the same boat .i have 4 printer and thank god only one hp which i will never buy again .impossible to beleive that hp does not read the forums and and they stay mute about this huge problem .i have tried every solution provided by many suppose expert without ant success .only hp can create a new software for their products  and they don';t seem to want to do it so we boycott the bastards
