HP Solution Center Replacement

Hello.  I need a replacement for the old HP Solution Center to manage my C4680 printer.  Because Adobe discontinued Flash Player, HP Solution Center no longer installs or executes.  I need to clean print nozzles, align print head, check quality of printing, test page, etc.  Cant find a substitute.  Installed HP Smart but most  features don't work.[what junk software!].  Can anyone provide a solution.  I really don't want to install obsolete Flash Player again.
