HP Solution Center suddenly stopped working. I used it perfectly yesterday, now, when I try to activate the App, all I get is a square with and f and a blue circle with a white I. Is there anything out there I can try to do. Solution center lets me know ink levels which is handy.

I am having the same issue today. As a temporary solution, manually changing the system date back to 1/11/2021 in Windows solved the issue for me.
Hopefully HP can release an updated version of their Solution Center without Adobe Flash dependency soon.

I found the solution! - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/HP-Digital-Imaging-Monitor-doesn-t-work...
Hope this is helpful! All the best!

I just had almost exactly the same problem yesterday.
The only difference is that I am using a HP Photosmart B109n-z .
I spent my whole day off work yesterday trying everything, from doing a factory reset on my printer, to following almost everybody's suggestions at various places in this website, but to no avail. And before you ask, yes I did everything exactly the way the semi-official HP employees suggested involving software downloads, registration, et cetera, et cetera.
I was about to give up when my 15-year-old told me that the logo is from a now defunct Adobe product-I am guessing the programme behind us using the very handy HP Solution Centre.
I used it, particularly for my Scanner, finding out how much income I have left, and setting other parameters.
I made up what they call a workaround. You basically go to printers and scanners, do a right click and get onto; printer preferences; click the features tab; then click the printer services button. Ink levels are there.
For printing I started to use Microsoft's Scan, which comes with Windows 10.
But as a message for HP, I hope somebody is going to take this seriously. Not all of us can afford to suddenly buy a new printer which works fine, apart from some software of yours, which no longer does the job!

Hi @Bowtie613,
I know it's extremely frustrating! I commend your dogged efforts to get this working. If you're running on Windows 10, user @Jim412 has a solution that's confirmed to work - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/HP-Solution-Center-Not-Working-probably...
Hope this helps! Good luck!
