HP Recommended

Why would HP not provide a solution instead of making us case our tails for hours?  Freaking Ludicrous PATHETIC product support - If I hadn't bought ink recently I would have thrown the printer / scanner in the garbage - NEVER AGAIN HP product will buy I - next time Epson, Brother - ANYTHING BUT HEWLETT PACKARD !
