Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8024e All-in-One Printer

Hp Support assistant will not recognise new printer serial numbers, is it a waste of time?

It is showing here two printers, one which has been scrapped, one I am using and another not showing here.

You have version 9?

Probably better to use HP Smart on printers and the support assistant on PCs but that is just my 0.02c opinion
