HP Support is no support at all

Purchased a Smart Tank 7200 online from the SAMS club, delivered on Saturday. Follow the directions for setup, says the Black Ink is empty, and the printer head doesn't move to allow the insertion of the printer head. No customer support on the weekend, I have a job, get home and call customer support spent over 30 min. on a loop that ask for the same information several times, never talk to anyone. tried getting online and chat with customer service, been over an hour, nothing. Customer support is a joke, can't get any answers or talk to anyone. I guess I just paid for a useless printer,  very disappointed!
