macOS 15.0 Sequoia

This is the 2nd 9125e printer I've received with this issue.  The first was one dead out of the box with a bad starter ink cartridge.  They opted to send a new printer instead of another ink cartridge, but whatever.

So the new printer showed up today and does setup, but the website says I have no warranty since it expired in 2014 (?!) but won't allow me to enter the new serial number, just like the first printer.

Any way around this?  I can't even get to the support email because the SN isn't correct!!  THIS IS GARBAGE and is seriously making me return this POS and move back to another Canon product!! Unbelievable!!!!

Most of the answers in this forum are provided by volunteers. I am volunteer.

 

1. Sometimes the website for warranty don´t work to validate information.

 

2. One option is to use the link for Dispute warranty in the website

 

3. Another option is to contact HP Support in the next links:

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.

Sorry, but this is BS... all of the crap with their 'starter ink'... I left Canon to see if HP would be a better experience for my small business and this has been HORRIBLE!!!  I just want to order hardware, plug it in and have an easy setup.  I've been doing this for 40+ years!!  NOT HAPPY!!
