Wo gekauft?

Bist du dir sicher, dass es ein neuer Drucker ist? Wie heißt der Drucker (genaue Bezeichnung und Produktnummer)?

Häufige Fehler: 0 O < in der Seriennummer kommt eine 0 vor, weniger Buchstabe O!

Are you sure it's a new printer? What is the name of the printer (exact name and product number)?

Common mistakes: 0 O < there is a 0 in the serial number, not the letter O!
