I have an HP Tango printer that will not connect to Wi-Fi. The printer can be found to begin setup but setup always fails.

I have exhausted all troubleshooting options I received from HP virtual support, and I ran the wireless network test which showed the following message: "Attention: The WPA encryption method on your HP printer has been configured to a non-default setting..."

Here are some steps I have taken so far:

- I have confirmed that both the printer configuration and Wi-Fi are using the same WPA authentication.

- I have contacted internet providers and no changes should have caused issues.

- I have restarted all devices, modem, factory reset printer

What else could be the issue?

Issue resolved. Not sure the exact solution that worked, but we renamed the wifi, disconnected all devices from wifi, reset the printer once more (open ink compartment, hold down power and wifi buttons), attempted to add as a new printer from desktop, renamed the printer during setup, and it connected.
