HP Recommended

I purchased a new HP tank Printer from Amazon which when set up showed a Printer head fault. As it was purchased from Amazon HP refused to repair or replace it so had to send it back to Amazon with up to a 20 day wait.

 

My complaint is that although bought from Amazon it was faulty and should have been replaced by HP.
