Product: HP Utility
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

When I run HP Utility on my MacBook Pro, it works fine except for printing information after selecting any option in the Tools menu. It appears to be trying to print, but nothing gets printed. Printing from any other application works fine. I have tried uninstall/installs of this software (and printer drivers) multiple times with no change in results. Trying this on a different computer also resulted in no change in this behavior.
