Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Replaced laptop.  Went from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  Downloaded & installed HP Web Jetadmin 10.4.105723 (10.4 SR5) on Win10.  I initate the software via the programs' menu.  A Google Chrome browser window appears.  I select "Start HP Web Jetadmin".  A smaller browser window appears.  Prompted to "Enter credentials for HP Web Jetadmin access".   I never needed credentials on my Win7 laptop.  I don't have the credentials I'm being asked to provide.  What can I do to move past this road block?  Thank you.HP Web Jetadmin startup.jpgHP Web Jetadmin credential prompt.jpg

That looks like it is trying to access a remote WJA installed on a different device. Did you try your Windows credentials?

Thx for your reply.  Fresh install on new laptop.  I did not copy setting/profile from Win7 to Win10.  I'm the only person using WJA so its' looking for another machine/install is highly unlikely.  My windows credentials fail to allow me to open WJA.
