Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

We are using HP Webjetadmin to manage our printer fleet. All configurations are set and we collect device utilization reports every month. Since January 2024, 4 of 55 printers have provided printout reports with *, meaning that data is not full.

After we had checked all possible options we could not find any reason for this mistake. Please help us to fix this issue and get reports for the period of January- March 2024.
