Hello,
Before I walk you through the proper process, I need to understand what exactly you want to accomplish when giving the T1600 to someone else.
Can you confirm:
-
Do you want to transfer ownership (i.e., remove it from your HP account / HP DesignJet Utility / HP Dashboard)?
-
Do you need to factory-reset the printer before handing it over?
-
Are you also giving them the warranty, or do you just want to hand over the hardware?
Once I know what outcome you’re aiming for, I’ll guide you step-by-step so the new owner receives the printer cleanly and without any configuration tied to you.
I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
