HP Recommended

I have a HP Zbook Firefly 14 G11. 

 

I cannot get my backlight keyboard to work. It does not turn on. If I press the function key to activate the light, it goes on for 5 seconds ans then goes off.

 

I have tried a bios update, searched for software updates and tried a lot of things.

anyone here that can help?
