I have bought HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer and I wanted to use the benefits of HP+.
According to https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06987648 option to use HP+ should appear during setup via HP Smart, however, when I am doing it as prescribed, the HP+ option does not appear. I first tried it on Win 10 and nothing. Then I made a reset of a printer and did it again on iOS but still the same problem. I have successfully went through the whole process of adding a printer but HP+ was not offered.
I am really pissed as I spent 2 hours trying to set up a printer multiple times to get 6 months trial of free trial for Instant Ink and an extended guarantee which was promised to me. But it seems that I will get nothing.

I am sorry you are upset.
I guess it's possible that HP+ and / or Instant Ink is not available in your region.
I do NOT know this is the case, of course. I am halfway around the world from your location...
What to do?
If you have not yet done so, Contact HP+ Concierge Support
What else?
I will forward your request for Review.
If anything results of that request, you will hear back here before an agent uses other means to contact you.
