Hello,

I am unable to download HP app on my Windows 10 PC via Microsoft Store, it keeps saying that I own the app  but when I press the download button nothing happens. I have tried to fix the issue with Microsoft Store but no luck yet. Can you give me a direct download link to the app from elsewhere please?

Thank you

If you had not done so, check that you have uninstalled the application from your computer.

Uninstall HP App> Restart the computer and log in > Install the application from the Microsoft Store

Settings > Apps > Apps and Features

Search or scroll down and find HP App

Left-Click on the item > Uninstall

Optional >> If having continuing issues: Restart the computer and log in

"Get" a new copy of the Application from the Microsoft Store

Reminder:  You’ll need to sign in to the application with your HP Account credentials.

Still broken...

There is not much we can add to the Windows How-to Fix the Store steps.

I did find this - it might help...

“HP App will not install – Windows 10”

Solution from Microsoft Community  = Re-register the Microsoft Store

HP App won't install on windows 10 laptop

What else?

It's possible that the application is not "updating" properly.

Check whether that can be fixed (or whether "update" will have any impact on the results).

NOTE:  This is not likely to work - it takes a couple of minutes to check / try

If application shows as installed / is listed in the Store installed apps list...

Check / Adjust whether applications update automatically in the Microsoft Store

Windows key > Open the Tile for Microsoft Store

If necessary, sign into the store

Click on “See more”  (three horizontal dots )

Select Settings

Check / Update applications in / from the Microsoft Store

Windows key > Open the Tile for Microsoft Store

If necessary, sign into the store

Click on “See more”  (three horizontal dots )

Select Downloads and Updates

Click Get Updates

Check the list for the HP App version (third column)

If HP App has been updated,

If you have not done so since the date / time updated,

Restart the computer and log in
