The above is the problem and I need to set up today on a Saturday in the UK.  I can't do this in the week as I am away.  (Who has tech support closed on a Saturday-really?) Can anyone help?  I have tried uninstalling the HP app several times but still keeps crashing.  Apple support say this is an HP problem and looking at the previous posts this has been going on for at least 7 months.
