Can you advise please when the HP app for Mac will be Apple Silicon native for the M1 Macs?

It's an HP Tango printer, but this question is not specific to that printer.  I'm asking about the HP Smart application for MacOS, and when it will run natively on Apple Silicon (M1-based Mac hardware).

That doesn't answer the question I'm afraid. The version on the Mac App store is an Intel version, I'm asking about a version that is native to Apple Silicon.
