Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

My HP app will not read the ink levels for my ENVY 6055 printer

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra  with Android version 14 and ONE UI 6.0

So the place in the app that normally shows the ink levels just shows the circling buffer symbol and never loads the information

I've posted about this before without receiving a response and I'm hoping that someone has some idea as to how to fix the problem

I have the HP ink subscription so I don't know how HP monitors my ink levels

I tried to contact HP directly but apparently HP will not address this issue or even acknowledge it

I can't get any response from them
