Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm having trouble installing my c309g printer without the HP Smart Software trying to detect it as a c390g-m and asking me for a passcode - this printer isn't mobile nor does it have a passcode.

 

Any ideas?

Hi,

I afraid the printer is too old and not compatible with Windows 11 , no drivers are available for the operating system.
