Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Update the printer firmware and try the print job again Follow these steps to update the printer firmware, and then try the print job again.

Step one: Update the All-in-One firmware

Important: The HP product must connect to a wired (Ethernet) or wireless network with an active Internet connection to receive updates. However, the product does not need to be connected to a computer.

  1. On the product control panel, press Setup ().

  2. Press the Down Arrow () repeatedly to select Preferences, and then press OK.

  3. Press the Down Arrow () repeatedly to select Product Updates, press OK, and then follow the steps to manually update the product.

NOTE: Check for updates every week to ensure that you are getting the most out of your HP product.

Step two: Try the print job again

  • If these steps resolved the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.

  • If the issue persists, continue to the next solution.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
